ARE AZURI ESSENTIALS PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes! We use a combination of both natural and raw ingredients from nature in all of our products. All of our products are cruelty free, silicone free, paraben free, sulfate free, etc. 


HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I USE THIS OIL?

For the best results, this oil is typically used every 3-5 days.


WHY SHOULD I USE THIS OIL?

Our all-natural oils both promote healthier hair.  Many have attested to having less breakage and splits ends. They have expressed having stronger, fuller hair. Many have claimed that their natural hair pattern and scalp issues has improved and they love the light density of this oil.


HOW CAN THE OILS BE USED?

Our Rosemary Mint oil can be used for hot oil treatments, sealing ends, pre-pooing, and moisturizing.


Our Intensive Herbal Hair oil can be used for sealing ends, Pre-pooing, and Moisturizing.


CAN I USE THE OIL ON CHILDREN?

Yes, both all natural oils and can be used on children, we recommend usage for children 5 and up. 


HOW LONG BEFORE I START SEEING RESULTS?

Every growth experience is different depending on the person. Results can be seen in the first month but we ask that you use this oil properly, and consistently for two months before judging results. With regular use, you will notice less breakage, hydration, hair growth and overall healthier hair.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Our team is working hard to ensure that your products are made, packed and shipped with care. Because our products our handmade, this process takes a bit longer.

Processing time - Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. (10 business days if ordered during a sale or promotion) 

Shipping time - Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. 


MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If a package is returned to Azuri Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery,  the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates). 

We will be happy to reship at your request once the reshipping cost has been paid. 

Azuri Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your package! 

Azuri Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 

Upon inquiry, Azuri Essentials will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

After you have contacted the carrier and the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please send an email to info@shopazuriessentials.com with the reference number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or an item is damaged, please email us at info@shopazuriessentials.com within 72 hours and we will resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.
